These super kids were recently conjured up for a kindergarten class. Like a few other folks, I thought the theme fits the Illustration Friday word for this week... so here they are!

Brunswick County Football

Keilin Raynor is a "highly touted" linebacker at North Brunswick High School. Although it's not clear which team will end up on top this season, Pilot Sports Editor Bret McCormick expects Keilin to show up in the paper quite a bit. So he asked me to draw up some visuals. I think the front page of this weeks sports section looks pretty good.
The cougar and helmet are references to the mascots of South and West Brunswick High Schools.

Obsession

I started this for the an Illustration Friday word.  I didn't get around to finishing it for that week but it's an illustration of some crows or magpies who are obsessed with shiny things.
